Update to map of likely infection locations

With some information kindly provided by Henry Niman (harvested from a variety of reports), I have updated the map of cases:

Combined with the updated dating analysis this further supports the interpretation of a zoonotic disease, widely distributed in the Arabian Peninsula, that has jumped into humans a number of times over the last year. Seems unlikely that bats are the direct source (even if they are the ultimate source) due to the generally low rate of contact with humans. Domestic animals or livestock seem the most likely reservoir (there is an anocdotal connection with goats in this paper: http://www.eurosurveillance.org/ViewArticle.aspx?ArticleId=20406).
